Features

Black-T - Stage 3 - Black by Touratech: the rear shock absorber designed for the BMW RnineT / Scrambler / Urban G/S. Designed to improve road handling without compromising travel comfort, this emulsion-type spring shock absorber offers a wide range of adjustments to tailor the damping to your style — leisurely rides or more spirited riding.

Compatibility: rear for BMW RnineT / Scrambler / Urban G/S (see model)
Construction: lightweight aluminium body, 16 mm chrome-molybdenum piston rod, 46 mm piston with specific Touratech adjustments
Adjustments: hydraulic preload accessible via a knob, rebound adjustment to adapt the damping to road conditions
Durability: stainless steel bushings in the eyelets, low-friction PTFE seals, fully repairable
Approval: ABE and TÜV included

Mounted and adjusted based on Touratech's experience for the RnineT, it is ready to use but can be customised (stiffer spring) if you increase the load or install a larger tank. Note: for optimal handling of the chassis, both the rear and front must be adjusted together; replacing a single component may affect road handling.
