The Touratech EXTREME shock absorber (-25 mm) in white is designed to lower the seat of the Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin while maintaining road behaviour suitable for touring. Specifically calibrated for the rear, it reduces the seat height by approximately 25 mm and offers a compromise between comfort and stability when the motorcycle is loaded for touring.

Equipped with the PDS system (secondary piston hydraulic protection), it limits the risk of bottoming out at the end of the stroke when the motorcycle is subjected to heavy loads or demanding terrain. The standard configuration is intended for a rider with luggage up to 100 kg; stiffer springs can be fitted upon request for heavier loads.
