Features

EXTREME - Black - Yellow by Touratech: a rear shock absorber designed for the Ducati DesertX (2021-). Designed for touring motorcyclists and road/off-road adventures, this shock absorber is intended for machines subjected to variable loads — luggage, passenger, or intensive travel configurations.

The PDS (hydraulic protection against shock breakage) technology incorporates a second piston to limit mechanical overload at the end of the stroke. The damping is linked to the stroke: in regular use, the setting provides comfort and ground clearance, while the PDS intervenes in the last part of the travel to prevent violent shocks.

Settings designed for the road: the hydraulic preload is quickly adjustable with a knob to restore the motorcycle's balance according to the load, and the compensation reservoir allows for precise tuning of the damping to adapt the chassis to your riding style — touring, dynamic, or loaded.
