EXTREME - White by Touratech: a rear shock absorber designed for heavy travel and demanding routes. Designed for the Yamaha XT1200Z Super Ténéré (from 2010), this shock absorber focuses on chassis control, modularity, and robustness to tackle roads, motorways, and loaded trails.

The module integrates the PDS system (hydraulic protection against shock breakage) which takes over at the end of the stroke to prevent mechanical overload on the most severe sections. Adjustable in hydraulic preload via an accessible knob, it allows for quick restoration of the motorcycle's balance according to load (luggage, top case, passenger). The damping is finely adjustable with separate high and low-speed compression settings and a dedicated compensation reservoir for better cooling during intensive use.
