Features

EXTREME - White by Touratech: a rear shock absorber designed for demanding road riders and heavy travel. Designed for KTM 1050 Adventure / 1090 Adventure (from 2015), this shock absorber provides travel management suited to load variations thanks to its PDS system — a hydraulic protection against shock breakage that employs a second piston to prevent mechanical overload at the end of the stroke.

The adjustment is finely tuned: a hydraulic preload knob allows for quick restoration of the motorcycle's stance based on luggage or passenger weight, while the damping, controlled by a compensation reservoir, offers a progressive response range — comfortable for everyday use and firmer under significant loads. Ideal for road trips, long loaded stages, or more demanding sections where the chassis needs to remain stable.

Contents delivered: ready-to-install shock absorber, general approval (ABE), and installation instructions. If you increase the tank capacity or modify the luggage mounting, springs with a higher coefficient can be provided upon request via the Touratech chassis control.
