Features

Touratech Level 1 - White

Designed for the Kawasaki KLR650 (2008‑), the Level 1 shock absorber from Touratech provides a rear suspension solution tailored for travel and long stages. Its aluminium body reduces weight while low-friction seals and stainless steel bushings enhance durability for intensive touring use.

Mounting location: Rear (pre-configured for KLR650)

Recommended capacity: Designed for a rider up to 100 kg (including luggage)

The separator piston structure separates oil and nitrogen for more precise response and better handling on damaged roads and tracks. The preload is adjustable to adapt the bike according to the load; the damping can be adjusted to fine-tune the traction and compression phases according to your riding style. An engraved QR code allows access to individual data and basic settings via smartphone.

Ready-to-use product according to Touratech experience, it is recommended to simultaneously adapt the front (e.g. progressive fork springs for Kawasaki KLR650 ref. 01-409-5838-0): replacing a single component can unbalance the handling. For heavy modifications or a larger tank, Touratech offers stiffer springs upon request.
