Touratech Level 2 - White: the rear shock absorber designed for touring and long journeys on BMW R100GS/PD & R80GS (from 1988). Designed for heavy motorcycles and demanding rides, this shock absorber combines a wide range of adjustments and robust components to quickly adapt the motorcycle's behaviour according to the load.

• Adjustments: hydraulic preload via an accessible knob and adjustable compression and rebound damping to tailor comfort and handling based on the rider and luggage.
• Construction: lightweight aluminium body, floating piston (oil/nitrogen separation) for more precise response and optimised cooling.
• Durability: low-friction seals and stainless steel bushings in the mounting eye for stable seating without play and a long lifespan.
• Usage: standard suspension height, ABE approval, rear mounting. Designed for a rider up to 100 kg (including luggage).

Note: for optimal behaviour, the entire rolling chassis (front and rear) must be consistent. Touratech offers replacement springs and stiffness adaptations upon request if you significantly modify the load (tank, luggage).
