The Touratech Suspension Plug & Travel shock absorber directly replaces the original BMW shock absorber to restore consistent and reliable riding behaviour. Designed for standard height rear mounting, it integrates with the electrical system via the connector and original BMW control unit: the handlebar controls remain unchanged and installation is straightforward for a product delivered ready to be fitted.

The delivered configuration is suitable for riders up to 100 kg (including luggage). If your usage involves higher loads or specific requirements (frequent passenger, heavy equipment, intensive off-road use), Touratech offers stiffer springs to adapt the damping to your motorcycle. In this case, it is necessary to fill out the provided suspension check form to adjust the configuration.
