Product details :

Features

Touratech Rear - Plug & Travel / DDA - White: plug & play rear shock designed for the BMW R1200GS Adventure (LC) equipped with the BMW DDC system. Designed for heavy touring and mixed terrain, it directly replaces the BMW DDC shock and is controlled via the original electronics without modifying the handlebars.

Usage: driving behaviour optimised for long journeys with luggage, on light roads and tracks.
Technology: high-performance DDA valve developed and patented by Tractive to quickly adapt the damping to changing conditions.
Construction: precision components, larger diameter piston and increased oil volume for better load handling and improved thermal dissipation under heavy use.
Approvals: ABE and TÜV — suspension height: standard.
Colour: white — mounting location: rear.

Installation tips: to fully benefit from this Touratech solution, it is recommended to replace both the front and rear shocks simultaneously. Adjustments (stiffer spring) are possible if you increase the tank capacity or heavily load the motorcycle.

Delivered ready to install: DDA/Plug & Travel rear shock with connection plug and cables. Designed for riders who want reliability, comfort, and electronic integration without compromising on payload.
