AERO ABS Side Case Set by SW-MOTECH

Complete AERO ABS side case kit designed for road trips. Rigid ABS plastic shells and steel side mounts provide a robust attachment. Each case offers 25 litres of storage and internal accessories to protect and organise your belongings while travelling.

Design and Materials

• Rigid ABS plastic shell with 2.5 mm (inner) and 2 mm (outer) walls to withstand weather and UV exposure while maintaining a modern, easy-to-clean appearance
• Steel side mounts approximately 2.5 mm thick with epoxy finish for good corrosion resistance and precise fit to the vehicle

Practicality and Features

• 25 L per case for storing helmets and personal items, facilitating trip organisation
• Lightweight cases weighing approximately 1.8 kg each when empty for easier handling during loading and transport
• QUICK-LOCK system for quick mounting and dismounting with a quarter turn, allowing for tool-free removal of the cases
• Padded lining, elastic cross straps, mesh, and waterproof internal bag included to protect contents and keep them in place
• Lockable zipper with included padlock to secure belongings during stops

Usage and Performance

• Designed for road use, not suitable for off-road use to ensure appropriate handling under road conditions
• Simple mounting on original anchor points for installation without major modifications to the motorcycle
• For permanent mounting, the quick lock can be replaced with standard M8 screws for a fixed attachment
