Complete ZEGA Pro 38/38 Kit - Black support included - Anodised grey

Designed by Touratech, this ZEGA Pro kit provides an aluminium luggage solution tailored for trail and travel. The two 38-litre cases, made from 1.5 mm aluminium, offer generous volume and robust construction while remaining lightweight. The kit includes the specific black support, ready to be mounted on the original anchor points.

Designed to fit the BMW R1300GS, the system combines:

a luggage rack frame made of Ø18 mm stainless steel tube (2 mm wall) reinforced with 3 mm 3D elements;
waterproof and dust-resistant cases;
removable or one-sided opening lids, with latches serving as hinges;
replaceable screw-on protections and corners after a fall.

The ZEGA Pro focuses on practical details: recessed locks (replaceable or addable), discreet mounting eyelets, optional additional handle, and a closure system designed to limit accidental openings. Mounting bolts are provided, and installation does not require modification of the rear footpegs, preserving passenger comfort.
