Designed for raids and challenging rides, the ZEGA Pro system combines a carefully crafted aluminium shell with a robust steel tube support. The aluminium case (thickness 1.5 mm) is available in 31/38 litre versions: the base and lid are welded for added rigidity, a silicone seal ensures waterproofing against rain and dust, and quality rivets guarantee long-lasting durability.

• Support chassis: round tubes 18 mm (wall thickness 2 mm), black plastic-coated, supplied with complete mounting hardware.
• Safety and maintenance: bolted protective bars and reinforced corners, replaceable after a fall.
• Ergonomics: removable or one-sided opening lid, four flush eyelets for attaching a bag, option to add a handle.
• Practical: robust locking system with automatic locking; integrated lock options compatible with a unique Touratech key.
• Mounting: attachment to existing points, no alteration of indicators or footpegs.
