HP-Plus® Silencer by KHROME WERKS (manufacturer part number: 201940) — 4-1/2" slip-on designed for touring and cruiser motorcycles that want to combine character, performance, and a refined finish. This silencer offers a typical Khrome Werks sound without unpleasant highs, a "race" look, and adjustable tips for a clean fit regardless of the chassis.
- Construction: 16 gauge steel body, outer diameter 11.5 cm (4-1/2").
- Finish: available in black, chrome, and Eclipse style (high-temperature electroplated black chrome).
- Tips: machined aluminium, adjustable 360° in 90° increments for a custom look.
- Performance: bench-tested silencers showing an increase of approximately +12% torque and +7% power according to tests provided by the manufacturer.
- Absorption: baffle wrapped in stainless steel mat and high-temperature fiberglass to control tone and resonance attenuation.
- Options: performance inserts available to enhance low-end torque and adjust sound; inserts compliant with SAE J2825 testing without notable loss of performance.
