Manufacturer reference: GBM0802IOM — Spark Evo V (Slip-On Silencer), road-legal exhaust system.
This Spark Slip-On silencer has been developed for BMW's neo-retro roadster. It replaces the original dual end silencer while connecting to the standard collector via a connecting pipe for side mounting. This "IOM" (Inox Homologated) version allows for a cleaner line of the machine while complying with noise regulations, enabling legal use on public roads.
Finish: stainless steel connection + Evo V silencer in stainless steel (AISI 304 stainless steel).
Compatible models: BMW R nineT (2014-2016).
Specificity: side mounting (low position). Compatible with the original collector.
Homologation: road-legal (compliant with European Euro 3 noise standards, thereby validating access to FFM tracks). (Note: the homologation is not updated for Euro 4 models from 2017).
Weight: 1.5 kg (a massive weight saving of -3.0 kg compared to the 4.5 kg of the original silencer).
Sound level: volume respecting the original homologation limit.
Soundproofing: baffle (dB killer) included as standard.
