HINSON Smooth Clutch Disc Kit — a set of discs designed to create a more uniform clutch feel on ATVs. Made from high-quality steel and machined to tight tolerances, this kit aims to maintain optimal flatness for consistent engagement and controlled wear. Manufacturer part number: SP095-7-001.

• Optimal grip with minimal heat buildup
• Exceptional manufacturing tolerances and flatness for precise stacking
• Developed to enhance the performance of Hinson clutch bells, inner hubs, and pressure plates
• Manufactured to original specifications using high-quality materials (steel)
• Made in the USA

This kit is intended for riders seeking a robust replacement for their stock discs on ATVs, limiting slippage and grip variations related to thermal expansion. Ideal for a rebuild or optimization of clutch behavior, it is particularly suited for the SUZUKI LT-Z 400 QUADSPORT 2WD (2003-2004) models. Installation and inspection by a technician are recommended to ensure proper alignment and preload of the bell/plate assembly.
