The JT SPROCKETS 1825 - 520 (manufacturer reference: JTR1825.42) is designed for riders seeking a simple, robust transmission part suitable for both on-road and light off-road use. Machined from C49 carbon steel, it offers a solid construction to withstand torque and the gradual wear of the chain.
Whether for an original replacement or to adjust the gearing of the drivetrain, this JT sprocket fits compatible 520 transmissions. Its standard tooth profile facilitates alignment and replacement compared to original sprockets. It is suitable for both roadsters and quads, and is frequently used on machines such as the SUZUKI VL 250 Intruder, GSX-R 1100, or LT 500 Quadracer (please check exact compatibility with your model before ordering).
Easy to maintain, the steel finish allows for quick visual inspection of tooth wear and is suitable for regular chain lubrication and adjustment. A simple and effective spare part to keep the transmission ready for the road or off-road outings.
