Manufacturer Ref: JTR839.53 — JT Sprockets standard steel sprocket 839 for 428 chain (53 teeth). Designed for standard replacement or to modify the gearing, this sprocket fits into urban, cross, and roadster environments. Its black finish complements both utility machines and more spirited modifications.
The JT Sprockets sprocket is aimed at riders who value reliable transmission: it adapts to common sprocket/sprocket exchanges and allows for gearing adjustments to favor acceleration or top speed depending on your usage. The C49 steel offers good mechanical resistance and wear resistance suited to the demands of the chain, regardless of your playground — city, trails, or winding roads.
Common compatibilities: YAMAHA WR 125 X (DE07), YAMAHA WR 125 R (DE07), YAMAHA VITY 125 (SE42) — check the chain pitch and number of teeth before installation. For maintenance, regularly check the condition of the chain and sprocket to ensure optimal engagement and even wear.
