Replace or modify the gearing with this JT SPROCKETS steel sprocket, reference JTR1857.37. Designed for 520 transmissions, it features 37 teeth and a standard profile 1857, suitable for quad and roadster configurations. Its C49 steel design provides good mechanical strength for the common stresses of the chain and sprocket.
Compact and robust, this sprocket is designed to withstand the stresses of the transmission: torque effort, chain/sprocket friction, and repeated wear. It is suitable for both maintenance replacement and gearing modification to adjust acceleration or top speed. Direct mounting on the rear flange is compatible with models accepting the 520 pitch.
Examples of common applications: YAMAHA YFZ 450 R (2020), YAMAHA YFM 700 RAPTOR (2018), and other quads/roadsters using a 520 transmission. Always check compatibility with your machine before installation.
