The standard steel PBR sprocket 520 (manufacturer reference 248 44 C45) is designed for the final drive of roadsters requiring robustness and precision. Made from steel (18NCD5 alloy), it features a black finish that protects the surface and limits the environmental effects on the transmission.
- Type: Standard steel sprocket
- Chain pitch: 520
- Number of teeth: 44
- Colour: Black
- Material: Steel (18NCD5 alloy)
Drawing on PBR's competitive experience, this sprocket benefits from a strict manufacturing process to ensure a consistent tooth profile and good resistance to abrasion and corrosion. It is suitable for road applications where the reliability of the final drive is paramount: wear replacement, gear ratio modification to adapt acceleration or cruising speed, or simple original replacement.
Compatibility: ideal for several classic roadsters — among the frequently associated models are the Honda CB 250 RS (MC02) from the years 1980 to 1982. Before purchase, check the 520 pitch and compatibility with your sprocket and swingarm.
