CNC machined and then treated by quenching and induction tempering in the tooth area, the 4385 guarantees targeted hardness where wear is most intense. The heat treatment concentrated on the teeth increases abrasion resistance without compromising the mechanical integrity of the crown body. The result: a clean tooth profile, precise geometry, and consistent performance over the miles.
