Product details :

Features

ESA - Plug & Travel with lowering -25 mm - White by Touratech: complete suspension kit designed to directly integrate the original BMW ESA system on the R1200GS (2010-2012 models equipped with White-Power). This chassis lowers the seat height by 25 mm while retaining the ESA controls and display on the handlebars for familiar and immediate use.

Plug & Travel Integration: complete front/rear replacement, connections to the original plugs for a clean installation.
ESA Compatibility: all functions and modes of BMW ESA remain operational via the original button and are displayed normally on the onboard computer.
Robust Design: aluminium/steel body, Ø16 mm chrome-molybdenum piston rod, stainless steel bushings in the eyelets and low-friction seals for longevity in heavy trail use.
Adjustments: integrated hydraulic preload and stepper motor to manage damping from the ESA interface; basic configuration intended for a rider + luggage load of ~100 kg.
Approval: ABE available.

The kit includes the Plug & Travel-ESA front and rear shock absorbers, two Touratech electronic units, and the assembly instructions. Important note: suitable only for BMW R1200GS 2010-2012 equipped with White-Power suspension. For special loads or specific adjustments, Touratech offers adaptations upon request.
