Touratech – Progressive spring kit front/rear (black)
This progressive spring kit is designed to equip the original legs of the shock absorbers of the BMW R1150GS (1999-2003). Made of steel and painted black, these springs maintain the standard suspension height while offering a progressive stiffness curve for a driving behaviour better suited to road and off-road demands.
- Compatibility: BMW R1150GS (1999-2003) — fits only original shock absorbers.
- Colour: Black
- Material: Steel
- Height: Standard suspension height
- Approval: ABE
- Supplied with: front and rear spring + installation manual (German and English)
The progressive springs modulate the increase in stiffness according to compression, allowing for adjustment of the suspension response without changing the ground clearance. Ideal for riders looking to refine handling and manage travel without altering the original geometry.
Installation advice: Installation should be carried out by a specialised workshop, especially if ESA spacers are involved. For any questions regarding adjustment or installation, it is advisable to seek the opinion of a professional.
