ACOUSTA-FIL Thermal Wrap 50 mm x 7.5 m – black (ref. 76036122)

Specifically designed to wrap your collectors and silencers, this ACOUSTA-FIL thermal wrap provides a vintage look while minimising the risk of accidental burns. Its black finish integrates well on a café racer, a classic bike, as well as on a touring or customised sports bike. Made from material resistant to direct heat (650 °C), it is suitable for urban, trail/adventure, roadster, supermoto, and touring uses.

Easy to install: wrap tightly from the flange towards the back, overlapping each turn for better hold. Use stainless steel ties or high-temperature fasteners to secure the wrap (not included). Wear gloves during installation and allow the exhaust to cool before handling. With its 7.5 m length, the wrap allows for multiple passes or complete protection of a dual collector.
