TWIN AIR Injection Throttle Body Kit — Manufacturer reference: 160719

Specifically designed for motocross competition, this Twin Air Powerflow kit optimizes throttle response on Kawasaki KX450 models (notably 2024). It replaces the internal components of the throttle body to refine airflow and smooth out throttle transitions, without modifying the original housing.

• Venturi tube sleeve: precisely machined to reduce diameter and increase the speed of the air-fuel mixture, targeting better responsiveness at low and mid-range RPMs.
• Thinner throttle valve: minimizes obstructions and ensures smoother opening transitions.
• Wide throttle valve option: available to enhance performance at high RPMs (90–100% opening), installing without the Venturi sleeve as needed for mapping requirements.
• Operational performance: designed for faster and smoother throttle response, with reduced flow loss at full throttle.
• Maintenance: easy installation and removal without damaging the original throttle body; reliable and maintenance-free.

Ideal for motocross riders seeking sharper throttle response and a more linear engine behavior on their KX450 (2024–2026). Suitable for both stock and modified configurations where fine-tuning of the intake management is desired.
