Reinforced Timing Belt Inner Outer by Dayco

The Dayco reinforced XTX belt is a toothed belt designed for motorcycle transmissions subjected to high demands. Made from high-strength polychloroprene and reinforced with aramid fibres, it aims for better thermal stability and increased longevity under intensive use.

Design and Materials

• High-temperature resistant polychloroprene to limit thermal degradation during intensive use
• Superior aramid fibre content to strengthen the structure and reduce elongation under load
• Deeper teeth on the upper side and rounded underneath to enhance flexibility and extend service life

Usage and Performance

• Designed for machines powered by an engine of 800 cm3 and above, adhering to this usage range to achieve the expected performance
• Improved engine response at high speeds for sharper acceleration during sustained revs
• Reduced slippage at high torque levels to preserve the transmission and enhance acceleration efficiency
• Reliability tested beyond 12,000 rpm for proven mechanical performance under demanding conditions

Advantages

• Road Type, suitable for road use
• OEM Reference XTX1022
