ARLEN NESS - Conversion Kit (ref. 300-203)

This conversion kit transforms FLT Touring models (from 2009 onwards) into chain drive, designed for a sportier ride and use on high-power engines. Complete set including front sprocket and rear sprocket machined for direct mounting without machining the internal primary, while maintaining the original gear ratio.

• Composition: front sprocket (27 teeth) and rear sprocket (57 teeth) made of steel, perforated serrated style
• Treatment: perforated serrated design, heat treatment and coating for better durability
• Cush drive: CNC machined solid aluminium assembly, black anodised finish
• Chain pitch: compatible with 530 chain (130 links required, chain must be shortened — chain sold separately)
• Colour: black / zinc plated
• Compatibility: designed for original Cush Drive rear wheels, adaptable according to configuration
