Feuling Parts – OE+ Conversion Kit (Manufacturer's Ref: 7089)

This Feuling kit transforms the original chain-driven camshaft system (models 2000–2006) into an external roller chain setup with hydraulic tensioners, adopting the architecture of the 2007–2017 engines. Designed for vintage/classic and touring bike enthusiasts, it includes all the necessary parts to switch from a mechanical tensioner to a hydraulic system with a hybrid cam plate.

• Billet camshaft plate and hydraulic tensioner housing
• Billet hydraulic tensioners and pads
• Camshaft chains, sprockets, and alignment spacers
• Timken®/Feuling bearings, seals, and O-rings
• ARP® fasteners for camshafts, crankshaft, and tensioner, Loctite® and molybdenum grease
• Rocker cover gasket kit to reuse the one-piece rocker arms

Compatible with camshaft position sensors and suitable for Magnetti Marelli ignition systems ’99–’01 as well as carbureted engines requiring the timing tab on the 34-tooth rear sprocket. Made in the USA, this kit is aimed at serious builds where one wishes to retain the Twin Cam architecture while modernising the tensioner.
