Race Series hydraulic chain tensioner conversion kit designed to modernise Twin Cam engines and replace the original mechanical tensioners with the 2007-2017 inspired hydraulic assembly. This pack brings together the key machined billet components and precision parts necessary to enhance the reliability of the cylinder head timing while maintaining the original engine architecture.

This kit is aimed at riders and workshops working on Twin Cam models (1999–2006 / 2001–2006 without cam sensor) who wish to switch to Race Series hydraulic tensioners. Please note that conversion camshafts are sold separately — their purchase is necessary to complete the upgrade.

Made in the USA, this kit is designed for vintage/classic and road/touring builds requiring durability and quality components. Installation by a qualified technician is recommended, along with the addition of suitable camshafts to ensure proper timing adjustment.
