Feuling Parts - Hydraulic Tensioner Conversion Kit (ref. 7194)
This Race Series kit allows for the conversion of mechanical cam chain tensioners to hydraulic tensioners on certain Twin Cam engines. Designed for engine modifications and refurbishment operations, it includes all the necessary components to replace the original parts and achieve a complete camshaft drive ready for installation. Made in the United States, the kit is intended for Twin Cam blocks '00-'06 without camshaft sensor and chain-driven shafts of the splined type; it is not compatible with keyway camshafts.

- Billet hydraulic tensioner housing and tensioner pads

- Timken®/Feuling bearings, seals, O-rings

- Rocker box gasket kit to reuse original monoblock rocker arms
Ideal for riders working on custom classics and touring Harley-Davidson models from 2000-2006 (e.g. Fat Boy Screamin’ Eagle 1690, Electra Glide Ultra Classic 1690, Softail Springer 1450), this kit offers a complete solution for the conversion of the distribution system.
