Additional features: the Monimoto MM1 (EU) supports European GSM bands and operates only on the 2G network. The Monimoto MM6 (Global) has 2G/3G capabilities and can work with any global operator. There are more 3G cell towers available worldwide than 2G. Therefore, the Monimoto MM2 offers better coverage and location accuracy indoors and in the absence of GPS signal.
In other words, the MM6 works in most countries around the world, while the Monimoto MM1 version operates within the European Union and several other countries.
