Manufacturer reference: CVT8013 — Brand: DAYCO — Category: Transmission belt
The DAYCO Power CVT™ belt is designed for urban scooter transmissions where flexibility and longevity are sought. Manufactured using modern processes and reinforced blends containing oriented fibres, it enhances resistance to compression and heat while limiting lateral wear. The toothed profile present on the minor base and on the back increases the belt's flexibility, allowing it to operate effectively on small diameter pulleys and to accommodate the variator's ratio changes.
Designed for urban use, this DAYCO belt is aimed at riders looking for a drive component suitable for daily use: frequent starts, city traffic, and regular variator braking. It is compatible with several popular scooters (see models below) and integrates into the pulley/variator system without requiring modifications.
