DAYCO Power CVT™ Drive Belt (manufacturer part number CVT7167)

Specifically designed for urban and quad use, this DAYCO Power CVT™ belt utilizes modern manufacturing processes typical of continuously variable transmissions. It is aimed at riders seeking a robust replacement part for variators and pulleys, capable of withstanding the repeated cycles of city traffic or light off-road outings.

Made with reinforced blends and oriented fibers, the belt offers better resistance to compression and heat while minimizing lateral wear. Its toothed profile, present on the minor base and on the back, provides the necessary flexibility to work on small diameter pulleys and allows for the ratio variations characteristic of CVT transmissions.
