Gates G - Force Workhorse Transmission beltRef : GATE00006A / 11421048

G-Force™ Workhorse - Drive Belt (Manufacturer part number: 19G3982E) by GATES. Specifically developed for quads and off-road machines, this drive belt aims for robustness and longevity on demanding trails and when transporting heavy loads.

Designed to withstand high torque and thermal variations, the G-Force Workhorse combines a high-tenacity aramid core and an ethylene elastomer layer filled with aramid fibres. According to GATES, this construction enhances resistance to shocks, fatigue, and heat, while limiting thermal degradation under heavy loads. Its specific adhesive rubber and geometry (trapezoidal upper notch and rounded lower tooth) promote flexibility, thermal dissipation, and transmission efficiency.

• Usage: drive belt for quad / drive belt
• Construction: high-tenacity aramid core + filled elastomer
• Announced benefits: increased durability, better heat tolerance, resistance to cracking and wear
• Geometry: trapezoidal upper notch, rounded lower tooth for flexibility and thermal dissipation
• Sold: individually

Compatible with many Polaris Sportsman models (e.g. SPORTSMAN 700 EFI 4x4 MH68 and SPORTSMAN 500 EFI MH50). Ideal for the rider looking for a robust belt for heavy-duty use and heavy loads, without compromising on reliability.
