GATES Main Drive Belt G-Force Redline™ (manufacturer part number: 40R3691) — high-performance drive belt designed for quads and side-by-sides. Specifically engineered to withstand sharp accelerations and high torque from modern platforms, it provides reliability and longevity to the CVT transmission.

The structure is based on the EE (ethylene elastomer) compound reinforced with fibres patented by Gates, combined with a high-strength aramid cord core and a textile cover with rounded teeth. The result: improved rigidity, thermal resistance, and smoother gear shifting while limiting wear from abrasion. Gates indicates a 75% increase in dynamic axial rigidity and a 50% reduction in speed losses up to 170 °C (338 °F).
