Features

Ball Joint Kit MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS (manufacturer ref. 42-1031): designed for demanding quad riders who want to restore the reliability of their front end without replacing the entire arm. This ball joint kit, sold per arm, includes the circlip and the split pin for immediate and secure installation.

Duty: Heavy — intended for off-road use and high stress.
Material: reinforced steel housing for better shock resistance.
Bearing: POM-M90 material providing good longevity and controlled wear.
Mounting Position: compatible for upper and lower ball joints on A-arms.
Type: for A-arms — sold as a kit (unit = kit).
Supplied with: circlip and split pin for reliable fastening.

Cost-effective and robust replacement: this kit allows for the replacement of original aluminium ball joints on certain models (notably Honda) with a reinforced steel ball joint, and serves as a practical alternative to complete arm or pivot replacements for certain Kawasaki and Suzuki. Ideal for restoring responsiveness to the front end after wear, maintenance, or restoration.

Compatibility Examples: POLARIS PHOENIX 200 (YAP20, PB20), POLARIS OUTLAW 500 (GP50).
