Here is the mousse up for cross:

• The mousse provides better handling, more grip, improved lateral stability, and excellent longevity
  

• Generously lubricate the inside of the tyre with the supplied silicone gel
• Thoroughly cover the mousse up with the supplied gel
• Insert the mousse up into the tyre
• Place the wheel on the tyre and insert the lower bead of the tyre using appropriate tyre levers
• Engage the other shoulder of the tyre with a tyre lever and secure it
• On each side of the fixed tyre lever, engage the tyre once to the right, once to the left until it is fully seated
