MALOSSI VL1 Carbon Reed Valve 0.30 (ref. 27 2356.C0)
Reed valves designed for the reed boxes of small urban engines. The composite petals made from carbon are shaped according to a rethought flow angle and a recalculated flow section for a more homogeneous intake. Carefully manufactured using advanced processes and selected materials, intended for demanding applications and proven under track conditions.
- Petal material: carbon composite (thin and durable reeds)
- Seat and structure: fiber-reinforced polymer for durability
- Reed thickness: 0.30 mm (dimensional precision for predictable behavior)
- Category: Reed valve – urban environment, suitable for 50cc scooters
These VL1 reeds offer a replacement solution for original reed boxes, prioritizing lightweight design and consistent reed behavior. They are aimed at urban riders and small displacement modifications seeking a better-calibrated intake without compromising reliability.
Notable compatibilities: PEUGEOT VOGUE 50 2T E2 (2017), PEUGEOT 103 (2017), PEUGEOT 103 SPX (2003). Check the reference and model before installation.
