Product details :

Features

PROX Steel Intake Valve Conversion Kit for Yamaha YZ450F (manufacturer part number 28.SIS2440-2). Specifically designed for the motocross world, this kit allows you to replace the original intake valves with steel replacement parts suitable for YZ450F CJ15 models (2011–2013).

Ideal for riders performing an engine overhaul or cylinder head restoration, this kit facilitates the restoration of clearances and the adjustment of seats. The steel composition ensures a proven alternative for maintenance operations and the replacement of wear parts in the intake system.

Compatibility: Yamaha YZ 450 F (CJ15) — 2011, 2012, 2013.
Usage: intake valve conversion kit for motocross.
Brand: PROX — part number 28.SIS2440-2.

For safe installation, check seats and guides, adhere to the prescribed valve clearances, and plan for appropriate seating after installation. It is recommended to have the installation performed by a qualified technician if you are not equipped for timing and sealing checks. This kit is a practical solution for restoring the valve train of a YZ450F intended for off-road use.
