These shim washers are machined to provide tolerances suitable for valve adjustment on motorcycles equipped with interchangeable shims. They are suitable as replacement parts during a valve clearance check or to compensate for wear on the bearings and valve stems. Simple installation for an experienced mechanic: measure the required thickness with calipers or a micrometer, replace the shim, and check the clearance hot or cold according to manufacturer recommendations. If you have any doubts about the specification to apply or the procedure, entrust the work to your usual workshop. This kit of 5 shims provides the necessary flexibility for multiple valves or to keep spare parts during an adjustment.
