KIBBLEWHITE – Valve Guide (manufacturer part no: 80-80230)

Bronze C674 valve guide, designed for exhaust work on off-road engines. Engineered to facilitate the boring and honing of manganese guides, it is perfectly suited for operations with electric or cordless drills and Kibblewhite ball hones. Made in the USA, it meets KPMI® tolerances while exhibiting toughness suitable for softer materials like manganese.

• Application: Exhaust
• Outer diameter: 0.3957
• Inner diameter: 0.1961
• Material: C674 Bronze (manganese bronze)
• Origin: USA

Ideal for preparations and replacements on quads, enduro machines, and motocross bikes. Particularly suitable for Yamaha YZ 450 F (2016–2017) and YFZ 450 R (2016) models. To be used during a cylinder head refurbishment to achieve a clean and ready housing for the valves and seats. Do not confuse with premium C630 nickel-aluminium bronze guides: the C674 reference offers similar tolerances but with lower strength and durability compared to the premium alternative.

Prioritise careful fitting and honing to ensure the sealing of the seats and the longevity of the valve train when restarting the engine.
