Spacer / valve shim Moose Offroad — Manufacturer reference: MSE5PK890224

An essential workshop part for maintaining the timing on motocross and quad bikes, this Moose Offroad spacer (valve shim) is forged from cold-rolled 4140 steel for strength suitable for valve adjustment stresses. Size is laser-etched on each shim for quick identification during setup operations.

• Outer diameter: 8.90 mm
• Thickness: 2.24 mm
• Material: 4140 cold-rolled steel (non-sintered)
• Sold: individually for private customers (bulk packs of 5 for resellers)

Designed to facilitate valve clearance adjustments, this spacer fits into the toolbox of the demanding mechanic. Its finish and laser marking prevent fumbling when sorting shims, useful in engine preparation or routine maintenance. Particularly suitable for KTM models listed among common uses (e.g. KTM SX-F 450 and 250, KTM XC 450 ATV), but check the required diameter and thickness for your engine before installation.

Compact and robust, this shim allows you to ensure precise setup during interventions on cylinder heads, valves, and timing assemblies — a small component that is essential for keeping the mechanics in proper clearance.
