Feuling BeeHive® Valve Springs – Kit with Titanium Cups

This Feuling Parts kit (manufacturer part number 1105) brings together high-quality components designed for V-Twin engines: BeeHive® springs machined from high-tensile chrome-silicon wire with an oval cross-section, heat-treated, shot-peened, and finished with NexTex® for enhanced longevity. The super lightweight titanium cups, machined with a 7° angle, reduce the mass at the valve tip for smoother valve movement and a more responsive valve train.

• Composition: Endurance BeeHive® springs, titanium cups, machined seats, spacers, keys, premium Viton® valve stem seals with spring-loaded scraper.
• Design: oval tapered wire, NexTex® finish, US manufacturing.
• Load characteristics / installed heights:
  • 198 lb @ 1.685" (lift 0.535")
  • 194 lb @ 1.703" (lift 0.553")
  • 190 lb @ 1.724" (lift 0.574")
  • 187 lb @ 1.754" (lift 0.604")
  • 185 lb @ 1.780" (lift 0.630")
  • 160 lb @ 1.800" (lift 0.650")
  • 375 lb @ 1.150" open height (binds at 1.100")

Installation: direct replacement without machining or modification of the rocker cover up to 0.574" lift for '98-'04 Big Twin and '86-'03 XL, and up to 0.650" for '05-'17 Twin Cam. Larger camshafts may require machining of the valve guide for seal clearance. Must be installed at the specified open height; not compatible with RH Sportster.
