Features

Seal Kit MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS (manufacturer part no: M40-40160) — a valve stem seal kit specifically designed for off-road use. These valve stem seals combine Viton® and high-temperature PTFE for optimised contact surfaces and increased resistance to the harsh conditions encountered in motocross. Designed to restore engine sealing without major modifications, the kit is 100% inspected and made in the USA.

Application: intake and exhaust (valve stem)
Materials: Viton® + high-temperature PTFE

Kit contents: 2 x intake seals, 2 x exhaust seals

Ideal for motocross cylinder preparation and maintenance, this kit offers improved tolerances compared to OEM and a contact surface designed to minimise leaks around the valve stems. It is particularly suitable for endurance-demanding models that are hindered by dust and heat from the tracks.

Indicative compatibility: notably Kawasaki KX 250 F (2012, 2016, 2018). Please check fitment on your model before installation.
