MALOSSI - Roller set 15x12 mm (6 pieces) - Manufacturer reference: 66 9417.N0
Set of 6 MALOSSI rollers made from CPT according to a specific formula, designed as a technical spare part for urban scooter variators. These rollers directly affect the CVT transmission: their centrifugal mass determines the variator's opening and thus the timing of the gear change, influencing the engine speed and acceleration.

In practice: heavier rollers increase the centrifugal force and lead to quicker gear changes (lower average RPM), while lighter rollers delay this change and keep the engine at a higher RPM. Choose the weight based on your usage and the engine's power curve to optimise acceleration and smoothness in urban environments.
Examples of applications: YAMAHA D'ELIGHT 115 (2014), APRILIA SCARABEO 100 (2006), MBK NITRO 100 (2004). An ideal part for the maintenance or adjustment of your urban scooter's variator.
