Designed by MALOSSI, these variator rollers are made from CPT with a specific formula to ensure uniform wear and reliable performance over time. Supplied in a pack of 6, they represent a technical replacement solution for adjusting the CVT transmission of your urban scooter or roadster.

Operation and Adjustment
When rotating, the weight of the rollers generates the centrifugal force that controls the variator's rise. Heavier rollers will delay the gear change at a lower RPM, while lighter rollers will allow the engine to rev higher. This set of 10 g allows you to adjust the variator's behavior to optimize the usage range according to your riding style — urban traffic, acceleration, or city riding.

Compatibility: fits many 50-125 cc scooters. Common installation examples: HONDA SH 100 SCOOPY (HF08), HONDA SJ 100 BALI (HF07), HONDA C 90 CUB M. Always check the specifications of your variator before installation.
