MALOSSI Roller Set 20x12mm 11g - 8 pieces (Ref. 66 9919.G0)
Designed by MALOSSI, these variator rollers are made from CPT with a specific formula to ensure controlled wear and smooth rotation. Intended for original technical replacement, they are part of the adjustment elements that allow you to fine-tune the shift point and the scooter's response.
Operation
When rotating, the weight of the rollers generates a centrifugal force: the heavier the roller, the faster it pushes the variator plate outward, shifting the rev point. Conversely, lighter rollers promote a higher rotational speed before the gear change. Therefore, the choice of weight impacts the transmission behaviour without altering the engine itself.
