The MALOSSI rollers 20x17mm 10.5 g (6 pieces) are a technical replacement kit designed to optimize the behavior of your scooter's variator. Made from CPT with a specific formula, these rollers ensure consistent wear and reliable operation of the primary transmission system.

Operation and adjustment

When rotating, the weight of the rollers generates a centrifugal force that acts on the variator's travel: heavier rollers lower the shift RPM, promoting a more torque-rich response at low speeds, while lighter rollers keep the engine at a higher RPM for better acceleration. Choosing the right weight allows for adjusting acceleration, RPM rise, and the engine's operating range without structural modifications.
