Manufacturer reference: 6611095.R0. Set of 6 MALOSSI rollers designed for scooter variators, made from CPT according to a specific formula to ensure consistent wear and predictable behaviour in the CVT transmission.

Operation

The rollers act within the variator drum: under rotation, their mass generates a centrifugal force that drives the variator to its limit. The heavier the roller, the quicker the centrifugal force takes effect, lowering the engagement RPM. Conversely, lighter rollers delay this engagement and keep the engine at a higher RPM.

Adjustment and Use

This set is used as a technical spare part to adjust the behaviour of the CVT transmission. By choosing the appropriate weight, the rider can adjust the timing of the RPM change and the scooter's responsiveness without modifying other components. Suitable for variators accepting dimensions of 20x17 mm.
