Malossi Roller Weights 23x18mm 11g - 6 Pieces

These Malossi roller weights, made from CPT with a specific formulation, are designed for the maintenance and adjustment of the variator in CVT transmission scooters. This set of 6 weights allows for easy intervention on the RPM curve and acceleration response by adjusting the centrifugal force exerted in the movable pulley.

Operation

With rotation, the weight of the rollers transforms into centrifugal force: a heavier roller causes the variator to close more quickly and lowers the shift RPM, while a lighter roller delays the RPM increase. Choosing the right roller weight helps keep the engine within its useful power range depending on usage (engine braking, acceleration response, acceleration).
