MALOSSI Roller Set 23x18mm 18g - 6 pieces (manufacturer reference: 66 9917.M0)

These MALOSSI rollers are designed for the variators of scooters with automatic transmission (CVT). Made from CPT with a specific formula, they are a technical replacement part compliant with transmission adjustment practices. Ideal for those who want to adjust the behaviour of the variator without modifying other components.

Operation and Adjustment

The rollers utilise centrifugal force: as they spin, their mass pushes the variator's nut and raises the pulley to change the gear ratio. Lighter rollers promote a higher engine speed before the gear upshift, while heavier rollers delay this upshift. Therefore, the choice of weight affects the response, acceleration, and behaviour at low and mid-range speeds.

Installation is done with a complete set of 6 rollers for simple and uniform replacement. Suitable for riders seeking a clean and reliable adjustment breakthrough on their CVT transmission, without irreversible modifications.
